I have no idea and don’t have a way to weigh it. However, my husband has owned multiples and wears it almost daily. He’s never commented on the weight. Just by holding it myself, I’d say it’s lightweight

Q: How is this belt reversible? There is not a bracket on the black side

You pull the buckle out and twist it to the other side. The mechanics are inside. It’s very easy to use and we’ve never had one break. My husband has had several of these.

Q: What size is recommended for someone with a 32 pants waist size?

I am a 34-36 waist, I ordered a 34 belt and it was way too small. So, I'd say at least a 34, maybe a 36 for you.

Q: how tight will the 30" tighten to on the existing holes?

Hi, If you go to the 6th hole in it would be for a size 28 pant. All the way in would be 27. Each hole is about an inch apart.
