The final addition to Kim Krans's New York Times bestselling The Wild Unknown tarot and oracle collection invites you to discover the ancient mysteries of Alchemy. The Wild Unknown collection has redefined tarot for the twenty-first century. Kim Krans's latest deck offers a journey to discovering the gold within. Alchemy weaves together the physical and mystical aspects of our lives. The planets, metals, colors, and seasons act as symbols for reflection and open the gateway to the imagination. Now, in this stunning new oracle deck, Krans introduces the magic of alchemy to all those willing to explore, observe, and invoke transformation. Sitting within a beautiful keepsake box lies a 224-page hand-lettered, fully illustrated guidebook that demystifies the esoteric world of Alchemy, and 71 easy-to-shuffle hexagon cards divided into six suits: The Cosmic Forces, The Colors, The Seasons, The Materials, The Mysteries, and The Operations. ORACLE DECK WITH GUIDEBOOK: Designed and illustrated in Krans' iconic style of exquisite line art and lush watercolor painting, each card offers a tool for self-study and exploration, such as Saturn, a reminder to examine age-old systems and the Mystical Sister card that brings to mind a resource or ally on our journey. Through observing the symbols and images from the alchemical perspective, we awaken our gifts, engage with the creative mystery of our everyday world, and unite the materials of the soul. NEW MATERIAL: With never-before-seen spreads, such as The Tria Prima that unravels the mythological "story" of the situation, and The Alchemical Union that reveals important dynamics within a relationship, the elegant shape of the oracle cards allows images to meld and transform. A work of art, The Wild Unknown Alchemy Deck and Guidebook will call to readers drawn to personal reflection and growth, and seekers ready to find new realms of spiritual depth. Review: The simplest and most complex deck I will ever use and I love it! - I received, finally! a Christmas present I've been waiting on. I was first introduced to The Wild Unknown by Kim Krans with a tarot deck that was a gift from my sister. At first glance, it was not a deck I would necessarily have bought for myself. However, from the first touch of the deck, it was one I instantly bonded with. It has a unique voice that speaks clearly, yet with depth. I still have that first deck Holly gave me, even though I rarely take that one out to use, I've literally worn it out. It may well be my favorite deck ever. I bought a new version of the deck in a pocket edition awhile back, before moving to Florida. I carry it everywhere! I often have time between classes or when I'm out and about to be able to take clients and so I always have a deck with me and while I have a couple of pocket decks now, The Wild Unknown remains my go-to. I love the way it feels in my hands, I love the imagery, I love it's voice. I believe I've been using this deck since 2020, around the time I got my healing certification. I have loved it so much that my first pocket edition deck was another deck in the series, more of an alternative tarot/oracle deck called Animal Spirit. I often use this deck in my weekly blog readings that I post on my website. Kim Krans has 2 more oracle decks in her series: Archetypes and Alchemy. I've been drawn to the Alchemy deck for quite some time after having been softly introduced to the symbolism in the Animal Spirit deck. I've started using the deck this morning, will definitely get around to doing a video after I see the dentist this week and finish my homework for classes! But this deck, wow! It's a patient teacher. It shows rather than tells, yet speaks loud and clear. I may use this deck to teach classes on how to intuitively connect with tarot or oracle cards for beginners. These cards hold so much information, yet very easy to understand when you observe what is present and allow the abstract images to connect. I can't explain it, but there is a simple process of observation with these cards that really shift your thinking and can quickly get you to asking the deeper questions, to looking deeper within yourself to find the answers and to enjoy the journey of discovery. If you are new to reading oracle, I highly recommend getting a journal and this deck. Read the beginning of the guidebook to get you started and you will love this deck! You can absolutely use her techniques of observation with any deck, tarot or oracle, so while the deck may seem to be "a lot" for a beginner, trust me, it is more simple than you think and more complex than you will ever know. I think I will be reading this deck for years to come and still get something new from it with every pull. I have been a tarot reader for over 30 years and this is probably my new favorite deck. You will not be disappointed.

MAGICAL!
I’m 100% convinced that these cards are MAGICAL! About 1 year ago my husband ordered the entire series of the Wild Unknown by Kim Krans: Tarot, Alchemy, Archetype, and Spirit Animal decks. Once received, we began our quest to get to know each deck by using them in various readings. However, for some reason, we kept putting off opening the alchemy set. We found ourselves gravitating to the archetype deck more and more, leaving the alchemy set unopened and untouched. In February 2023, several months after receiving all the decks, my husband & I wanted to do a reading for his son - but we couldn’t find our go-to deck (archetype). During our search we ran across the unopened alchemy set. After searching our home for 20+ minutes, we gave up and opted to just give the alchemy cards a try. To say that we were impressed by these cards would be an understatement. For the last 10 years, I’ve occasionally used tarot cards to gain insight about different experiences I was having, but my approach was never more than just a passive curiosity about what they might reveal. This alchemy deck has changed everything for me. In the last 9 months since that first reading, I’ve used them for my own personal readings at least 12 times & I’m always left feeling dumbfounded by how MAGICAL the readings feel! I love the feeling of magic and it’s now easily accessible, at my fingertips, through these cards. My world will never, ever be the same! The meaning and message of each card makes perfect sense to me, on a profound level. They've been a useful tool to gain clarity, insight, & peace about past, present, & future situations/experiences, and they provide solid guidance to navigate every aspect of life. IF YOU ONLY BUY ONE DECK, THIS WOULD BE THE ONE I RECOMMEND. It’s on my “Top 5 Best Purchases Ever” list. As a follow up to the story I began with, my husband ended up finding the evasive archetype deck in a very conspicuous spot, the day after we spent 20+ minutes searching for it. Had we found it the night we were looking, who knows when we would’ve gotten around to using the alchemy cards. Coincidence? I think not... Meant to be + synchronistic + magical? ABSOLUTELY!

Spectacular, Resonant Finish To Brilliant Series Of Oracle Decks
Kim Krans's work functions almost at the level of race memory: You know that you have the answer. You just need to relax your mind and let the answer come through. The work I have done with Krans's decks has shaken me to my very being, and her Alchemy Deck is no different. Beautifully illustrated, with a keen sense of color psychology, The Wild Unknown Alchemy Deck helps you handle big feelings, big changes, deep inner work, and bogged-down creative work. The Wild Unknown Archetype Deck is a long-time favorite of mine, but I think this one just might take its place, even if the hexagonal shape of the deck is cumbersome and hard to shuffle. Mix the cards on the table, and get ready to be understood. Highly recommended.

Not like other decks
This deck just helped me with some of my greatest trials. Absolutely beautiful. Kim krans is one of the best deck creators I have ever come across. I have most of her decks. This one never resonated with me, until it did. The day I got it, it was just meant to be. I was not ready for the wisdom it carried before. This is just a deck, th3 book is very special. Highly recommend.

For those who dare& to those who DOUBLE dare 👀
Do not go into this deck clothed. Take off every label, every superstition, every doubt, every everything lol. Place yourself in the current. Place yourself in you. This deck is a great veil that unveils. How I love the play in energy & words I can encourage here in this review! Isn’t that what oracle cards are? An invitation to play? And an even greater challenge to awaken? If you find this deck… please, know this was no find. But a door. The door is unusual. Shaped in the symmetry of a cube with the final point as you… you as a vortex. Look deeply at the cards and you will see what I mean. I have sat with this deck and tuned in by tuning out of it and then tuning back in. It is distinct the way it distinguishes what it wants to speak to (your heart, mind, soul, spirit, maybe all?) and it’s very delicate in the way it knows what you want to speak to within yourself. This deck is very well placed. The cards are shaped the way they are to help build upon and shape the flow of alchemy. It signifies and transports like a vortex. You are the portal. The cards help you conjure. I love that the cards are in a weird “hard to shuffle” form. Because then I can allow them to fall as they may. Don’t worry or focus too much on making the cards align evenly so the shuffle is neat. The kind of shuffle you need is indeed a messy one. This deck is more about feeling. Don’t get too caught up in the fact that the cards shuffle all over the place and they may implode everywhere on the floor. I find it to a be a great mirror when they do that. And it’s a great way to get the cards to talk when they seem to go quiet in a regular shuffle. These cards pair great with the wild unknown archetypes! I left a review on that one as well. There is a true divination flow in these decks. They are beautifully set up for those seeking liberation. I’m learning that there is an attraction to the decks we have by way of our spirituality. The deeper we go into those dark parts of ourselves… the happier we become without the light because we soon realize it only looks dark when we have become the light and it is no longer outside of us. The way the cards interact with you (this goes for any deck you buy) will be based on how deep you want to see yourself and how deep you want to reset in your divine. Everything else will follow. This is a beautiful journey to take. And it’s amazing to have decks that get weirder and weirder like the Kim Krans deck. And I only say that because I promise you will need these weird decks when the normal ones are just not cutting it. You want more for your thirst. Because the thirst is you. Not the drink. And this deck is that more. A great way to pinpoint to know just how far out there you’ve gone… is by noticing how you attract in things that sound and look like hieroglyphs. Something in you is speaking and then you will find out sound is not what you think it is. Especially, if you’re picking up decks and channeling! I learn something new every time I pick up this deck. Just found out I love surrealism art because of this deck. And I’m a word person lol. Start with the wild unknown archetypes and then come here to this deck. If it scares you or confuses you… you’re definitely in the right place! That means something is sparking and getting close to it will only show you that it’s you! 😉 This is a weird deck. Wired to dare and then double dare. Enjoy and take your time! The cards will do what they need to for you. Trust. Happy travels 💜✨

Unique Deck That Brings the Magic!
The Wild Unknown Alchemy Deck & Guidebook is Kim Krans newest deck, which is now available from publisher Chronicle Books. This is her fourth deck in The Wild Unknown series, which joins TWU Tarot, TWU Animal Spirit deck, and TWU Archetypes deck. There is also a pocket edition of TWU Tarot in a tin for easy travel and a TWU Journal to help spark your creativity as you work through using the decks. TWU Alchemy deck consists of 71 hexagonal (six-sided cards) split into six suits: - The Seasons - The Colors - The Materials - The Mysteries - The Cosmic Forces - The Operations These put together with one another and other decks create some unique spreads and designs to help a reader really get into exploring aspects that they haven’t gone into before. To understand these and dive deeper into the world of alchemy, a fully illuminated guidebook of over 200 pages is included. The large size of the cards can be a bit difficult to hold and shuffle, but aside from this, the whole set is well designed with the cards secured in their own protective box within the packaging that houses both them and the guide. Kim’s beautiful design aesthetic and strikingly bold & colorful watercolors are used in the creation of this deck so it will match seamlessly with her other decks for more dynamic and expanded readings. I’m really looking forward to seeing what more this deck can bring into my readings.

Another beautiful deck!
I love this deck, so much more than I thought I would! The guidebook is fascinating. I purchased this deck on a whim once I realized that Kim Krans had released the fourth and final installment of the Wild Unknown decks. One thing I always look for in a tarot or oracle deck is a good guidebook, and this one certainly is. Packaging is nice too, with a protective collection box. I like that this deck doesn’t have a slip cover like the archetypes deck does, as it makes opening and closing the box easier. The cards themselves are hexagonal, and at first I was worried about being able to shuffle them, but their size and clear edges makes that easier! The artwork is phenomenal. I like that on each card, is the title in English and in Latin . Quite interesting to read with, too! If I had to pick a favorite card, I’d probably pick either the Suns Splendor (Splendor Solis), Ravens Head, or Ouroboros.

Simply Stunning
This deck is visually stunning and thoughtfully designed, with symbolism that invites deep personal reflection. The alchemical themes feel meaningful and transformative rather than superficial or gimmicky. The cards are high quality, the box is solid and well made, and the guidebook is clear and engaging. Like all Wild Unknown decks, it feels intentional, powerful, and beautifully crafted.

The Alchemy of another great deck!
Another incredible deck from Kim Krans. For me there is no other oracle deck producer like her. Smart, deep and alchemical, it'll have you looking at life in a whole new way.

Hermoso
Es uno de los más bellos oráculos que he tenido, me gusta que tiene conceptos que te llevan a investigar y a leer más. Kim Krans es una gran autora y me gustaría que tradujeran sus trabajos al español
