Junket Strawberry Ice Cream Mix was nice & fresh; mixed up easily. Made it last night & it was wonderful.I have a 6 quart freezer & I will eat it all myself--gotta maintain social distancing!!

I was not overly impressed with this ice cream mix. It seemed less sweet than other brands, which is okay, but it also seemed less flavorful than I would like. The strawberry flavor was not strong enough and doesn't match up well against my favorite starter, William Sonoma strawberry. Also, the ingredients included corn based sugar and some other items, such as gum that aren't in Williams Sonoma products. And, it didn't make a full quart of ice cream, but rather about 3/4 of a quart.

Yes the product is on the money. Easy to follow instructions, kinda upset I'm allergic to strawberry or I'd get to enjoy but my picky husband loves it. It smells so 😊😊😊😊
