My vga display is getting detected as duplicate of hdmi 1. ha anyone seen this? can i get support from the manufacturer?

When connecting dual monitors or triple monitors, the maximum resolution of each monitor will be limited to 1920 x 1080@60Hz. You also need to download the driver and install it on your computer.

Will this work with Dell Latitude 5470 or 5480 labtop?
