Are these 1.75” wide and 4.98 long? Everyone seems to be saying different things? Please clarify???

The pins are 1.75”. The *package* dimensions (the blister pack the pins come in) is 4.98” long- that’s where the confusion arises.

Did these rust? Want to use to stick my pothos plant to a moss stake.

Don’t know if they rust - I used them for an indoor wreath I made as a gift.
