Can this system be linked to a mixer board?

Yes. And it works incredibly! This unit sounds awesome. Using it for guitar. Couldn't find the sound I wanted with amps. Got this line array and would 3 guitar amps. W If you are using a digital board you will have all your effects right there. No need to buy extra gear. Great unit!

Are these active speakers or do they need amp?

If i order 2 pcs, will work for DJ inside the big house about 100 peoples ?

If you are up on a stage area it just might cover it. Honestly I’d use this more for background music or small parties of 20-70 people or just focused on the dance floor
