I’ve been really happy with the Niimbot B21 so far. It’s simple, easy to use, and does exactly what I need it to do. The setup is quick, the app is straightforward, and the labels print cleanly every time. It’s been great for organizing inventory across household items, office supplies, and anything else that needs a quick tag. For the price and convenience, it’s been a solid little tool that works well without any fuss.

This is the cutest and easiest to use label maker!! I love the design and color, the black and gold accents are beautiful. You will have to charge it with the included power cord. You will also need to download the app and after that you’re ready to start printing the labels!!! It comes with one roll of labels and you can purchase more through the app. It’s super easy to use, it comes with the option to print images and change the font and size as well. I give it 5 stars all the way!!! :D

I recently picked up a NIIMBOT Label Maker, and it’s been such a fantastic addition to my organization game! First off, the setup was super simple. I just plugged it in, installed the software, and I was ready to go in no time. What I love most about this label maker is the variety of label sizes and styles it offers. Whether I need small labels for jars or larger ones for boxes, it has me covered. The printing quality is impressive; the text comes out clear and sharp, which is great for readability. Another big plus is how quickly it prints. I can whip up a bunch of labels in just a few minutes, which saves me a lot of time when I’m organizing or labeling items around the house. Plus, the thermal printing means I don’t have to worry about buying ink or toner, which is a huge bonus! The design is sleek and compact, so it doesn’t take up much space on my desk, and it’s lightweight enough that I can easily move it around if needed. This is a great little product. Easy to set up and use. 4 stars because I think that the seller should be a little more upfront about the subscription service they try to sell you. At 1st it looked like I HAD to purchase the subscription to do anything and I went back and checked the listing - nothing about subscription. I almost returned it but did some digging and there are quite a few templates to use for free. I just always like to know if there is a subscription attached to anything before I purchase it. I'll have to play with it some more to see if the subscription is needed but so far it works for what I need which is simple fun labels for home use.

This little printer is awesome and the Niimbot label design app is amazeballs! You can run the app on a smartphone or tablet and design any kind of layout you can imagine. Want QR code or bar codes? it does that. Want to print a photo or some random image? It does that. Want cool free borders, fonts, icons, timestamps, serial numbers, general shapes, or tables? It does all that. The best part is, you can use the app and design labels without having to signup for any kind of account. BUT, if you want to save your label designs, and access a few more features, you have to signup for a free account. Your labels designs will be stored in the cloud, so you don't have to worry about backups if you wipe your phone/tablet. The only issue I have is that it won't auto-connect to bluetooth on my Google Pixel 8 when I turn on the printer. I always first have to go my phone's Bluetooth settings and hit 'Connect' for the device each time, then the app will connect to it. But once connected, it works flawlessly! 10/10 would buy again.

You basically have to buy their stickers which are much more expensive than the third-party. They also limit a lot of features in the app unless you do VIP subscription. This is my cheap and a good printer, but it comes with the cost, I wouldn’t be surprised they actually track what you print also. I will not recommend buying this, there’s so many hidden extra fees here when it’s just a sticker! Here’s how you bypass it: Just use the small pipe of with the original one. Roll the third-party perfectly good label that is half the price, on that pipe and you’re done. Amazingly, if you don’t do that, they pretend like the label is not good and print low quality. They’re lying and they restricting a product that you own! This is just plain illegal
