Blinds bought locally had some silly weak clips that are meant to hang off the top of the window recess. A bad idea as this can be hard to drill and also the weight of the blinds and pulling the cords is going to try to pull the screws out. These brackets allow you to screw into the sides of the recess instead, a far better idea. Also very easy to take blinds down to clean or decorate.

Whenever we buy blinds from Blinds Direct etc they come with flimsy metal clips like butterflies wings that twist and deform .These can be screwed into the frame or wall and feel far more secure.

These are easy to fit and do the job,but get the right colour

Unfortunately these were much too big for my blind so I returned them. They seemed sturdy but I think for little bits of plastic - the price was high.
