They are beautiful hats but one came defective without the elastic.

Smaller than expected
A weird notch at the top…but maybe I didn’t put them together correctly.

Difficult to assemble
Purchased these for my daughter's 7th birthday. In theory, they are super cute. In reality, difficult to assemble and if you are lucky enough to get the tabs in the slots, you have to tape the tabs down or the hat just comes apart again. Wouldn't recommend.
