What is the difference between the standard and the sioc/fpp models?

Standard means it will ship in a standard box. FFP stands for Frustration Free Packaging and SIOC stands for Ships In Own Container.

Are all hot wheel cars same size? Does this require certain size cars?

All of them work but shorter cars work better. Trucks and vans that are too heavy won’t make it around the loop every time. It comes with 1 car.

If I put two incorrect parts together can I get them apart? Also missing a piece of track

Yes, all the pieces can be connected and if incorrect, removed and re-assembled. The trick is to make sure you are matching the pieces. Look closely on the back of the tracks. They all have matching pieces.
