Does this knife have a full tang?

I believe it does have a full tang.

I’m trying to find out if anybody knows what the angle of the edge is. I don’t want to just assume it’s 20°. Has anyone measured the edge angle?

have not measured but i read its 15'. btw, i own alot of knifes, this one is my absolute favorite

Where is this Damascus knife from?

MITSUMOTO SAKARI brand is headquartered in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan. And we have several factories in East Asian countries. Please rest assured that the quality of each of our products is strictly audited, so please buy with confidence.

I wonder the blacken portion has that posted any health concern? Thanks

Dear. The surface of this Japanese chef's knife is black high carbon composite steel. The surface coated steel will not form any peeling or other health problems. However, it needs to be maintained and dried out from water damage.
