Tile Mate Essentials (2022) 4-pack (2 Mate, 1 Slim, 1 Sticker)

I purchased Tile approximately 3 years ago for the first time & only 1 just died so far, the other 3 are still working! I LOVE this product for locating my tv remote, my wallet, definitely my keys - that includes a separate Tile for my spare key…I’ve “ misplaced “ it as well - even my iPad ( I’ve attached a Tile to the case I know the iPad, alone, has its own built in locator I did this for EXTRA locate purposes ). It’s very easy to set up after you install the app which takes you through the steps - I had mine set up in less than 5 minutes. They are durable, I don’t know how many times I’ve dropped my keys, iPad - whatever I have a Tile attached to - it has taken a beating & I’ve had no issues with locating my things. It’s held up in rain, cold, heat they’re tough & I need that. I highly recommend Tile if you’re looking for a good dependable durable affordable ( especially when it’s on sale! ) product! It’s also available in many convenient shapes, sizes, adhesive if you need to stick it on your remote control, a tag that can go on your key ring, etc., a card size that can go in your wallet. So MANY ways to use Tile has kept my important items located & allowed me to direct my precious time on MORE important things in my life.

Bought for a gift Sizing is perfect

These were very useful and reliable for the first six months of use. They were easy to set up, easy to track, and fairly accurate even within a building. Especially for the price these were well worth having. Unfortunately, after about 6 months one of the key chain tags stopped working entirely. I would also warn anyone who puts their wallet in your back pocket, make sure the card tag is in a place where it cannot be set off every time you sit down. It's very annoying to have them go off while driving.

These things are great. I bought from bose a set of ear buds. I received them that day andI mainly use them at night. After I was finished, I put them back in their case. Woke up the next day and I couldn't find them. Bose quit using the location of their new devices. Totally pissed I searched all around my night stand and my bed, I wasn't able to locate them until I made the and they were buried deeply in one of my blankets. After that, I searched for tracking devices and Tile was on the list with Apple's AirTags. Apple is not really one of my favorite brands so I looked Tile's tags. They had more options to attached to things. I have the debit card size in my wallet, a Tile tag on my keys and my Bose ear buds. My girlfriend wanted on for her Bose ear buds and keys also. They also work with Alexa. The app will also give you the last location that your devices was at. Also they work in reverse, if you can't find your phone, click the button on one of the Tiles and it will play their tone thru your phone. I'm glad I bought these. No worries of losing your stuff.

These are a great way to stay aware of where your important belonging are. We even put one on our dogs collar because she sometimes gets out of our backyard to go one little adventures.

After losing my keys...then my wallet, I turned to Tile and Tile didn't disappoint! Tile's slim tracker fits into most wallets and you really forget it's there. It's so unobtrusive and just hangs out until you need it. I'm a heavier guy and that slim tracker has held up like a champ. The keychain tracker fits onto most keychains and performs just as well. I attached mine to my keychain using a zip-tie for security. It has performed flawlessly. When my keys fell out of my pocket, I was able to track them, sound an alert, and find them again! The "sticker" went on the back of my TV remote...which is always disappearing. The Tile app is just incredibly easy to use. The ability to see the last known location of a Tile tracker makes it super easy to track down missing keys, wallet, or whatever. GPS with Google Maps is just awesome. Tile has two premium plans that are worth exploring. Both plans have some pretty neat features like Smart Alerts - when you leave something behind, you get an alert! They also include a 30-day localtion history, warranty replacements of broken or damaged Tiles, exclusive Customer Care (7 days a week), and Item Reimbursement! If your Tiled item is lost and Tile can't find it, Tile will reimburse you. The Premium plans reimburses up to $100. The Premium Protect plan reimburses up to $1000. I was showing off the Tile app and trackers to a family member and she immediately went to Amazon and bought the same kit!

I purchased a four-pack of Tiles that was on sale. After just a couple months I received an email warning that two of my batteries were weak. Since I had read that they should last three years and are under warranty for two. I contacted Tile. They wanted me to check if the Tiles rang when I pressed the button. I didn't have immediate access to them, so said I would follow up a little later, but pointed out that I expected them to ring, that the issue was that the battery was reporting low. They said ringing the tile was part of the process of identifying the issue and that I could respond to an email they would send me. The email did not correctly identify my issue, so I checked the tiles and responded that, yes, the tiles rang, and I restated the real issue, that the batteries were weak. No follow up from the company for two days, so contacted them again. I was then told that they could confirm on their end that the batteries were fine, and that the tiles will report weak battery "once our system identifies that your Tile hasn't updated its location for more than 14 days," and "factors such as voltage readings, permissions, and location updates." I asked if battery strength was something I could check myself and was told no, but that they can, and all was good. So, I'm scratching my head wondering why the system is telling me two of my batteries are weak if that's not really the case. If the tiles weren't connecting, then why didn't it report that they weren't not connecting instead of stating they had weak batteries? Especially if that is something they can determine? Or, I wondered, maybe the app wasn't running for those 14 days and I just needed to open it. But, then, why didn't I receive a message to that effect? But, then again, if that were the case, why did it report on only two batteries and not all four? Let's just say, their responses left me with more questions than answers and didn't make me feel overly confident about these products. Apart from that, I feel like I spent a lot of money for questionable utility–even if I did get it on sale. I think I thought that if someone made off with my things, it would alert me immediately, it doesn't. If I leave something at home, I might get an alert when I'm about a half mile or a mile down that road, sometimes farther. If someone were to take my things, they would be long gone before I was every alerted. Sure, I could try to track them down. But looking at the locator right now, it marks a spot in the street in front of my neighbor's house. So, not exactly pinpoint accuracy. Do I go knocking on doors in the general vicinity? Or, "Honest officer, someone, somewhere in one of these houses has my things." How does that work? But, okay, whatever, it did find my keys for me a couple times when I was in a hurry. But was it really worth the money? Often, the app can't locate the tiles even when I'm standing in the same room. I just don't feel like the idea I had of these matches the reality, and I certainly wasn't very confident of the answers I received from the company.

Price is reasonable, tags are working fine. Gives me peace of mind having these tags on my important things now. Pairing with tile app works smoothly and able to ring phone using the tags too. Speakers are loud and delivery was faster than expected. Highly recommended product to get.
