Why does it show a lunchbox and six celebrations booster packs but in the description it only says you get three and doesn't mention anything about lu

This Amazon exclusive is a combination of the Celebrations Lunchbox tin(6 Celebrations, 2 Other Packs, 3 promo cards) and the Dragapult Prime box (2 Celebrations, 1 Other Pack, 1 Promo). For buying this combo box you get one extra Celebrations and one extra other pack for a total of 9C+3Others, as well as oversize copies of the 4 promo cards thrown in not sold anywhere else, as well as the Train On Oversize Card book(sold on it's own it included an oversize Base Set Pikachu card, I can't confirm if it will be included here)

Why is it 76.99 when its 49.99 from amazon?

Because scalpers flip product for a profit. They buy up all they can afford and then just relist it higher.

In the description, it states that light toxtricity, hydreigon c, mimikyu, and dragapult prime are all oversize. is this correct or are they standard?

The promo cards come in standard size. The Dragapult will come in both oversized and standard.

Does it come with the collector case too?

If your referring to the lunch box then yes.
