I cannot recommend this product highly enough... if you have afib, you NEED it
It all started for me in January, 2014 when, as I had been doing for years, I ran up the 50 steps to my house. I was 57 years old and pretty fit and healthy. But suddenly I realized something was wrong, I couldn’t catch my breath and my heart was beating like crazy. I went inside and lay on my couch. Should I call 911? Every time I tried to get up from the couch I started to black out. After about 45 minutes my heartbeat converted back to normal and I felt fine, but worried. This was my first experience with Atrial fibrillation (Afib). Over the following months , I had further episodes and took several trips to the ER. The cardiologist put me on Metorprolol to slow my heart down, and eventually Xarelto to help minimize the risk of stroke. The attacks continued to come more and more frequently, as the doctors said they likely would, as often as every 2 weeks and lasting up to 4 hours. Getting out of bed during the night could trigger an attack or simply walking up a hill. It seemed that going from a resting heart rate to any kind of physical exertion could set it off. Even between episodes I frequently had skipped heartbeats which usually signaled an Afib episode was coming within a day or so. After LOTS of research on-line I started taking iodine, hawthorne and minerals like magnesium L Arginine, L Carnitine, , L Lysene and L Proline as these were cited as promoting a normal heart rhythm. They may have helped but the episodes continued. If 10 days went by without an Afib episode, I knew one was coming soon. When I came across ReMag magnesium I was skeptical because I was already taking 200 mg of Doctor’s Best chelated magnesium every day and I couldn’t tell if it was helping. Still, I ordered ReMag and began taking it daily. I noticed that my episodes became less frequent and of shorter duration. That alone was a huge relief. Since I began using ReMag two years ago I have been averaging only one episode every five months, and it usually lasts less than 1 hour, sometimes just a few minutes. I ‘m not experiencing the skipped heartbeats anymore. I owe Dr Carolyn Dean a huge debt of gratitude for making Remag available. It has greatly improved my quality of life! If you are suffering from afib, I cannot recommend Remag highly enough, and also, drink plenty of water, do not let yourself become dehydrated. Many have complained that the taste is a show-stopper. I don’t care for the taste, but I’m not going to let that stop me from using a product that has nearly cured me of afib. In fact for the past year or so I've taken a tablespoon of ReMag under my tongue every evening and waited a couple of minutes before swallowing as I feel this helps me to optimize the absorption of the magnesium. I’ve gotten used to it and it doesn’t bother me. I do experience diarrhea if I take too much. I now hike and bike and walk at least 12,000 steps a day without worrying about triggering an episode. If one comes, I lay down and wait it out, knowing it won’t last long and I’ll be good for months afterward. Finally. I want to take issue with the medical establishment and cardiologists in particular. They admit that they don’t know what causes most Afib, but they only treat the symptoms. Not one ER staffer or cardiologist I've spoken with has ever mentioned using magnesium to treat/prevent Afib. In my case, even though I was taking a magnesium supplement, my heart obviously needs a higher dose of the pure magnesium found in Remag. Some suspicious types feel that pharmaceutical companies want to sell their expensive drugs, and something as simple as magnesium is not going to generate the income they want. I trust doctors, I just don’t believe that they’ve been trained to encourage the use of nutrients (i.e minerals) to solve medical problems. As they say, an ounce of prevention is better than pound of cure. I wish they taught prevention in medical school. Thank you again Dr Carolyn Dean !

My Results after One Month of Use Speak Volumes!
A month ago my blood pressure was 140/80. I had atrial flutter issues and my heart was acting bizarre. I started taking a Potassium and Magnesium product and saw some results. Then I read The Magnesium Miracle by Dr. Carolyn Dean and stated taking this liquid magnesium. I noticed good results with magnesium and now my blood pressure went down to 110/60. So my nurse practitioner has halved my blood pressure medication and I have an appointment in a month to check it again. If you do take this liquid magnesium and have high blood pressure make sure you are working with your doctor or nurse because your medication may need to be adjusted. They also did an EKG on me and said my heart was normal and I told them: "Well I'm taking magnesium." They also did blood tests and said they were normal. I'm not sure my nurse actually realized that the magnesium had lowered my blood pressure. Here are some of my experiences day by day at the start: Day 1: I took 1/4 teaspoon in 16.9 fluid ounces water. It made me feel relaxed and I slept well. Day 2: I got ambitious and took 1/2 teaspoon in a large container of iced tea and it only tasted a bit salty. Sipped over a couple of hours and it seemed to relax me and take the edge off my anxiety. I thought it was giving me a lot of energy and made my heart beats really strong. Day 3: Backed off a bit and took 1/4 teaspoon in a small amount of cranberry juice. Tasted salty and a bit bitter so didn't want to do that again. Decided it needed more liquid to make it palatable. Day 4: Took 1/4 teaspoon in a pint (2 cups) of coconut water. My anxious thoughts stopped and my mind felt calm and almost as if my thoughts were not as loud. Day 5: Took 1/4 teaspoon in 2 cups bottled water. Felt as if my system was detoxing and cleaning out. Day 6: Felt like toxins were being released so drank more water. Day 7: Decided to try taking the magnesium liquid in capsules. That way you can't taste and salty or bitter flavor. Day 8: While waiting to get capsules, took 1/2 teaspoon magnesium liquid in iced tea. Day 9: Put 1/4 teaspoon magnesium in 3 veggie capsules. Swallowed them down with no issues. Since then I've been taking 1/2 teaspoon magnesium liquid in five veggie capsules. I fill them up with a syringe and take them right away, not letting them sit around to dissolve. It is a little extra effort but it keeps my atrial flutter under control and I feel better in general. You may want to wipe the capsules off a bit after filling. I just use a napkin. That way you don't taste any of the liquid. That is my best solution and how I'm going to continue to take this magnesium. My cautions are to start slow with drops or 1/4 teaspoon and work up slowly to 1/2 teaspoon a day. Also read The Magnesium Miracle to understand all the reasons to take this product and how to take it. I would not recommend taking it straight, always dilute it in at least 2 or more cups of water to make it palatable. I will say this magnesium does NOT have laxative effects like other magnesium products do. That is a good thing if you want to leave the house! So my experience has been positive. Please consult with your doctor before taking any supplements as your medications may need to be adjusted. ~The Rebecca Review

fixed my hip arthritis
I've been using 2 tsp in 2 liters of water daily for almost a year now. (I drink 1-2 liters of that per day, for a dose of 1 or 2 tsp per day. I have had mild arthritis bothering me for many years (20+ years even though I'm only 49 now) in my hips. Before I started taking this, I had decided that I could no longer run because of my hips hurting. I think within a month all hip pain was gone and hasn't come back. I also have no spring allergies this year, which normally always bother me, sometimes quite a bit. TRY IT! The taste in the water is off-putting at first but I got used to it. I have also tried it in chicken broth, and I can put a whole tsp in a pint of warm homemade chicken broth without tasting it at all. Update... have been using this for a year now. I added some salt and potassium (via LoSalt) and a little of ReMyte, and that makes it taste better. I do almost 2 liters of water, 1/2 tsp LoSalt, scant 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ReMyte, and 2 tsp ReMag. This keeps leg cramps away. In a day, I'll drink at least half or up to all of this. If I don't take the magnesium, I get leg cramps at night. When I travel, I can substitute magnesium chloride tablets... a lot of them. This regimen has kept my former hip arthritis completely gone, helps me sleep, keeps the cramps away and I believe keeps me calmer. I like drinking my home-made "mineral water". It's water with a little substance to it. However, I would think that after using this much ReMag for a year that my magnesium deficiency would be fixed, and that I should be able to go, say, a week without a magnesium supplement and not get leg cramps. But no. The cramps come back within a few days. I'd like to understand why.

Incredible Relief from Neck and Shoulder Knots and Tension
Wow! I am amazed at the relief from my neck and shoulder tension, which has been a constant for me for 12 years! I am in my 40s, and take no prescriptions, and have no severe issues. I originally found Dr. Dean's website about three years ago and started taking Magnesium Glycinate pills on her recommendation, as it does not cause a laxitave effect. I took it originally because I read it could help with dizziness. After reading more of Dr Dean's information, and her book The Magnesium Miracle, I bought this ReMag and LOVE it! It helps absorb Vit D, so if you supplement with that, you should be taking Mag, it relieves dizziness, and I am sleeping very soundly through the night, (I used to have a few nights per week where I would wake up at 3 or 4am, and couldn't fall back to sleep for 1-2 hours). Now I am feeling completely rested in the morning, which I haven't felt in a few years, and completely unexpectedly, the headaches I have had for years from muscle tension in my neck and back and shoulders is gone! Like really gone! I knew Mg was good for relaxing muscles, but I had NO idea it would get rid of the knots. I had been going to a massage therapist ea month for 7+ years, but now I go to one less often. I cannot say enough how wonderful this product is. I have been starting excercising again at a gym with weights. I have been taking the higher dose for two weeks now, and will update here in a few months. I just wish more doctors, health blogs, or therapists would shout this everywhere. If you suffer from neck tension and knots, insomnia, axiety, dizziness, try this! My symptoms seemed minor, and just normal signs of getting a little older, but I really feel it was a Mg deficiency, even though I eat healthy, am not overweight, never smoke, nor drink heavily. The taste of ReMag is odd. But I put 1/2 tsp in a small glass with 2-3 oz juice, swallow that, then drink a glass of water. And it is just fine. Dr. Dean is really on to something and I am so grateful she persists in her work. I am reading her book, and I don't agree with everything, but I believe she has a lot of great information and is doing the right thing in questioning traditional medicine. You have to be an advocate for your own health and read as much as you can about any medicine or supplement. ****Update- I have been taking this for over a year now and am still so happy with it! It keeps the tension headaches and muscle aches to a minimum. I take 1 1/2 tsp/ day. Usually at night. It is a terrible taste, but I just use a dropper, under my tongue and take a glass of water afterwards. Not a problem at all.

Very Effective, Adjustment Period, Taste Fix
The most interesting thing about this supplement is that for years treating my chronic illness and lyme, Magnesium Chloride oil added to a footbath was my goto to relax me when my nerves were on edge or I was getting too twitchy. But transdermal application never seamed to stick around and it was one more logistics thing to add to my day. Managing an illness is already hard enough. I was absolutely floored when my first dose of this sent my BP through the floor - I did not expect that reaction at all. I had to change my dose strategy to accomidate the strength of this supplement. For a while, I was also thinking of giving this a poor review since I was getting diarrhea no matter how small I spread the doses up. I recently figured out that it was the coffee I was drinking that was causing this. I had just added it into my morning routine and it was going right through me. Once I removed the coffee, the minerals didn't bother me at all. TASTE FIX So the formula that works for me, that helps the taste is this: I add 1/2 tsp of the ReMag to a 24 oz mason jar along with 3/4 tsp of ReMyte. Then I add 1/2 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt. Then I squeeze 1 whole lime or 1/2 lemon into the jar through a strainer. I then add 8-9 drops of stevia. Finally, I fill the water to the 24 oz mark. I then get a straw and stir well before each sip. I take a sip or two every 15 minutes through the straw. Then I keep another glass of straight water to follow each sip with a swig that I swish quickly in my mouth before swallowing to make sure the acid from the lemon/lime doesn't erode my teeth enamal. The drink tastes good to me. Like a lime-aide or a lemon-aide. I can't taste the minerals all that much this way. I got this recipe idea from Thomas DeLauer on YouTube as a keto electrolyte recipe. He adds apple cider vinegar to improve the absorbtion of minerals into cells but I absolutely can't stand what it does to the taste. Instead, I use ACV at the beginning of meals. Hope this helps. 1 Star Removed for Price. This is almost cost prohibitive and if money gets too tight I may be tempted to nix this one until finances ease up.

ReMag, the magnificent helper
My order ReMag Liquid came a day before the expected date. This magnesium product works very well for me. I drink a 1/4 teaspoon mixed in a small glass of cranberry juice before bed. It relaxes my entire body, and I always get a good night's sleep. It also stopped the eye jumping, the tingling, burning sensation, and pain in my feet. I recommend this product to anyone experiencing restless sleep or any of the symptoms I mentioned. It works.

STOPPED GROWING PAINS IN MY KIDS. AMAZING PRODUCT- 10 STARS!!!
This product is nothing short of amazing. A couple months after my son had started kindergarten (3 years ago), he began waking up in the middle of the night screaming. Blood-curdling screams, the "make a parent's heart jump out of their chest and race to your child's room" kind. Then he would just cry and moan while I held him. This would last about 15-30 minutes but he would still be mostly asleep and I couldn't even get him to actually wake up enough to communicate what was wrong. And then the next day he wouldn't remember it, he knew he'd been crying but didn't know why. The only thing I could think of at the time was that he was having nightmares. Finally one night he actually spoke and said "it hurts", and he was holding his leg. That's all I could get out of him but it was enough. I googled "kids leg pain only at night" learned about kids growing pains and how magnesium can help. First I bought 2 different kinds of chewable magnesium tablets but they didn't seem to help much. And he didn't like the taste at all. More research led me to this liquid form. I was hesitant to buy it at first, as it seemed pretty expensive. But I found one bottle lasts a LONG time. I give him one dropper fill (1ml) up to the line, mixed in a little grape juice so he could handle the taste. Other juices didn't work- only grape juice. It was a little bitter but he got used to it. Once in the morning and once before bed, just to get his magnesium levels up. After a couple months I dropped down to just once a day. The effects were immediate. He did wake up the next 2 nights after he started taking it, but with only crying instead of screaming, which was a very welcome change. Being woken up night after night by your child screaming is not a fun experience as a parent. By the 3rd night he only whimpered a few times but didn't cry. And that was it, no more waking up screaming after that. He is now in 3rd grade and has had only one episode of growing pains recently and that was when I stopped giving him his grape juice every day. I blame Covid for that, lol. Now his little brother is in kindergarten this year as well, and while his growing pains have not been nearly as severe, he did start to complain about his legs hurting 2 weeks ago, so that is what prompted me to write this review. At least his pains were during the day and he was able to tell me what was going on. I started him on the grape juice & magnesium regime and got the same result as I had gotten with his brother. After a couple days the pain was gone. Both of them are still eating me out of house and home like little Hobbits with their second breakfasts and Elevenses, but at least they are pain free now.

It's Good and I think it works
I’ve been using this product for the past 4 years and have purchased it numerous times. The RnA ReSet - ReMag High Absorption Magnesium Liquid (8.1 Fl Oz) by Dr. Carolyn Dean is a good product overall, and I wanted to leave a review to address some of the feedback I’ve seen from other reviewers. First, about the taste: I personally don’t find it bad. If you’re accustomed to sweet drinks or can’t drink tea without sugar, you might find the taste a bit noticeable. However, it’s very mild—just a slight mineral taste—and you only need a small amount mixed into a glass of water (8–16 oz). After taking it for a week, I stopped noticing the taste entirely. Regarding its effects: I didn’t have any specific pain or discomfort before starting this, so I can’t comment on its pain relief properties. I’m using it for general health and as part of a cleanse I’m currently doing, and it has been great so far. I’ve also noticed some improvement in regularity, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I’m happy with this product and will definitely continue using it.

Immediate Magnesium?
ReMag is the answer; as we chronologically age, magnesium absorption from foods becomes more of a challenge due to many factors, e.g., low stomach acid concentration. If one is deficient in Magnesium (most people are), a Magnesium Citrate may cause diarrhea (a paradoxical reaction), ReMag hits the blood serum as felt - instantly.

Good Magnesium Supplement
I found it quite useful in fighting effects of stress and improving quality of sleep. In so far as taste is concerned, it is a bit salty, but nothing so obnoxious as some reviews from the US customers have suggested. Maybe this is because I normally keep my consumption of sugar and refined carbohydrates to the most minimal levels, and don't have any dislike for even the most bitter ayurvedic herbs, medicines, etc.

Nicht anders - nur teurer
Geschmack ist nicht genießbar..Effekt war auch nicht anders als wenn man andere Magnesium Supplemente nimmt.
