As good as the original. This was easy to install and has worked well.I have tried other brands that had some problems, this works well enough I got a replacement to have on hand.

Not compatible with Norelco 3000 series
Not a good fit for the Norelco 3000 series at all, I'm disappointed, the head is undersized and catches hair between the body of the razor and the blade guard if you go longer than a day without shaving, even then it still isn't trustworthy and will catch skin. I've tried using these for a month or two and it hasn't improved. I get nipped multiple times each time I shave. I'll be buying replacements from somewhere else and throwing these out.
