Our Thin Blue Line Spartan Helmet patch is embroidered and comes with both the hook and loop sides of velcro. The hook (hard) side is affixed to the back side of the patch. The loop (soft) side comes cut to the patch size, so that it can be stitched to your hat, uniform, tac-vest, or the material of your choice.
