Bed bug success story after several fails
It can be a lot of work to get rid of bed bugs as I’ve found out the hard way. I purchased the smaller bottle of Bed Bug patrol last week in hopes of finally getting rid of these bed bugs that we picked up while on travel in Europe recently. We have even tried several other products on the market (both from the store and off Amazon) to no avail. I applied it as soon as it arrived (BTW it smells terrific like Christmas with peppermint and clove to me) on to two of our couches, a bed, the moldings, wall, and floor around those, including and around the outlets, which isn't recommended, but that's where the bedbugs tend to make their home. We do have a pretty bad infestation. Even tried a local pest control company (harmful pesticides) but it made very little difference and the company also refused to come back when I told them there were still visible bed bugs in our home. Again we also tried other products that did not full work. I found out that using a fogging machine and only did it once, it didn't reach the nooks and crannies where they actually live, that it wasn’t a good enough follow up to kill them all. What I've seen that this is the type of thing that needs to be done continuously until all the adults are dead and all the eggs are hatched since nothing seems to kill the eggs. I later the next day checked the entire area and found a lot of dead bead bugs. It's been less than a week, and every time I look I continue to find more and more. I will now be ordering several larger gallon size bottles and will be using it in all of our bedrooms as well as in the living room again and on the couches, corners, crevices etc. its an easy product to apply. We have a pretty heavy infestation, so I plan on continuing the use of the product for a few more months to be sure we got them all. This has upended our life! So the sooner it was over the better! Well it is over thanks to this product. I also found out that bed bugs can lay dormant without a meal for over a year without eating, which really scares me because if there are a few more hidden in the walls and we stop treating, it can possibly all start over again. I gave this 5 stars because it's been less than a few weeks and we already see zero bed bugs. For us to only have to treat certain areas rather than fog our whole house with harmful pesticide is very helpful, plus again it smells great and doesn't leave any residue. If I have any additional updates I will post again in the future.

Safe and Extreamly Effective
I did a lot of research on the subject as I was facing a major infestation of Bed Bugs and Cockroaches also. I was going to be doing an older family members hoarder home, which a Heat Treat company quoted $2,000 to do it, without any guarantees. I knew of a similar home where they had to come back 4 times and every time pay additional to do another Heat-treat, and it cost them over $4,000 by the time they were done, and I knew that would not be an option for this couple. I opted to use Bed Bug Patrol, because of it's testing, and the fact it was Child and Pet Friendly. I will admit, as part of my plan I used a compact Steamer after vacuuming, in many of the areas that were egg hatching areas, before I stated spraying the Bed Bug Patrol. I Sprayed the carpet, under and behind all trim areas and other wood work, furniture, Bed Frames, and Box Springs., and 2 Lazy Boy chairs where they set most of the time. I Washed and Dried all bedding and put mattress encasement's on all mattresses. 3 days later I came back and their was a 85% reduction in every kind of bug. Because of all the horded stuff, which I did not spray at the time, I knew there would still be problems when I came back. The bedroom that originally had the most infestation, had been reduced tremendously, but I re-steamed and sprayed again with Bed Bug Patrol. I know I could have waited a few weeks like other pest control people do because of the residual lasting effect, but I need results and I still had hording areas to tackle. I came back about another 3 days later, and seen no bed bugs in the room with the major infection. The cockroaches were more of a problem because the do not isolate in areas like Bed Bugs do, but even they were reduced in numbers. I have since came back a third time, and all bed bugs were gone from the bedrooms and living room chair area where they set. The cockroaches are now reduced by about 95% or better and I am still spraying with the Bed Bug Patrol because it is still working, but I am now adding bait station Dinners where the cockroaches can bring their dates for dinner, before heading home with leftovers for the family. I have a friend who is a professional in this field who has advised me, and although he used a different product in his work, which I won't name here, He had never heard of or used Bed Bug Patrol, but he was very impressed with it's effectiveness, and that it was Child and Pet Friendly, which his product is not.

This is NOT a replacement for an exterminator but it works GREAT
My complex got bedbugs and as soon as I realized I had them I ordered this before professionals could come in. Untreated, it was an absolute nightmare but after getting this I had a lot easier time. Spraying at the door prevented more bugs coming in from other units and while I killed most of them in my place everyone else was swimming in them. The exterminators just came today and I'm really glad I bought the large jug of this product in case there's another outbreak and I'll be spraying in front of my door weekly from now on. Highly recommended for spraying everywhere and making your bed bug experience less nightmarish while you wait for the professional exterminators to come and make sure the job is done right. Smells decent too.

BED BUGS BEGONE
I wanted to wait a awhile until I could write a review that would be helpful to another going through the " Bed Bug Fiasco" I started getting bites in October of 2015 and with trips to the E.R and being told I had hives of some sort and really not knowing much about this creepy little things, I chopped it up to that until several months later I found one on my pillow in the middle of the night. I have a pretty decent sized room and thankfully after a lot of research and investigating, we found them. They were contained to my room only so did not spread to rest of the house thankfully. But you do have to be diligent in getting rid of them. Check any electronics and wall sockets, they like to hide in behind pictures and and in dark closets. My bed was infested,I got rid of that, and bagged up everything that I had in trash bags for weeks. They did were not in dresser drawers or anything like that so I guess we were lucky. Mainly seemed to be the bed and upper corners of the walls. We sprayed all over with the bug juice.I waited a week and we sprayed again. And yes during this time the smell a little overwhelming and my 3 dogs and I went to the guest bedroom. Using 2 gallons on the carpet and walls and closet. During this time I purchased a new bed, the sheets, pillows and comforter were all washed and hot water and dried in hot.I also purchased waterproof, bed bug mattress covers and the traps to put under the bed frame. the final step was to go around the room with Diatamaceous Earth ( I use the food grade able) since I have pets and get into all the nook and crannies and the along also put it right in with the traps and I am happy to report that I have been Bed Bug free since July 2015. And I tried all kinds of home remedies first. Exterminators were too expensive and I wasn't about to get rid of all my belongings so after living with the problem and being frustrated to the point of giving up I came across this product. I did get a sprayer from the local hardware store instead of trying to use spray bottles. You do have to be diligent and it is time consuming and you do have the odor to deal with, but since it is mostly essential oils, you just need to have a window open and wear a mask. I think it bothered me more then my dogs. But in the end the cost was much cheaper then what it could have ended up to be. I would highly recommend especially if it is not a widespread problem all over the house, for me I guess the buggers just fancied my room.

Bed bug spray
Works pretty well. Takes several applications. I would not recommend for a full infestation.

I’ve had bed bugs in the past.b We used every product claiming to kill bed bugs we all most burnt our house down killing them 6 years ago. I work with the public daily. I got bit a week ago and found a big bed bug on the couch under a blanket. I’ve checked the couch over and over still couldn’t find anything. They were inside the pillow cases. My spray arrived yesterday. I sprayed everything down. People got to realize bed bugs are the worst infestation of insects ever. If you are reading my review for bedbugs. My heart goes out to you!!!! Spraying one time will not end it all. People are complaining about this spray who’s never had bedbugs before. Bedbug are the hardest to kill you will have to spray daily. This spray smells like Christmas morning. You will have to treat your whole house not just one spot. You need to treat your house daily. To finally get rid of the hardest insects to kill. This spray smells good and worked really well. Last night was the first night I wasn’t ate alive.

Does not work! Snake oil!!!
This Bed Bug Killer by Bed Bug Patrol spray does not work!!! I am not a scientist or Entomologist but I have done an enormous amount of research on the best way to kill bed bugs using something other than toxic chemicals. After reading an article from Dec 2017 in the Journal of Entomology (the journal of insects, basically) I realized that this spray will not work at all to kill or to deter bed bugs. Don't be fooled by any"Natural" bed bug spray claims!!!! Do your research!!! In the Dec 2017 article, the scientists concluded that only three items worked to kill bed bugs. The only essential oil that made their list was 'blood orange' and as it were, the results were minimal at bed bug control. The other two were dusts: 'Diatomaceous Earth' and 'Silicon Dioxide as Amorphous Silica.' The Diatomaceous Earth worked okay but was not as successful as the Silicon Dioxide. The Silicon Dioxide (also known as silica dust or brand name CimeXa) came out as the best "natural" insecticide. The silica dust latches onto the bedbug and dehydrates it to death. Usually within 24 hours. Watch how to apply the dust on youtube through a pest control video or the manufacturer of CimeXa's video. Am returning this bottle back to Amazon. I do not represent CimeXa and am not paid by them for this review.

This WORKS!!!!
This product is a lifesaver!!!!! I highly recommend this spray! my husband has breathing problems and we have pets and they were both ok with this. After you spray with mask and gloves you leave the room with windows open - good ventilation - then you let it dry a minimum of 4 hours and you can go back in the room. It’s a cinnamon like scent and not overpowering and it works to kill the bed bugs and the nests!! Because of the bed bug cycles you may have to spray numerous times a week or two apart - but you will get rid of them.
