Next day delivery from Amazon. Good fitting instructions. The image quality is very clear. The lead supplied was more than long enough to reach the number plate of my Ford Ranger pickup truck. the connectors on the lead are very thin and a tight fit so easy to thread through exisiting holes in panels. The camera view is extra wide angle so gives a good view of both the trailer hitch and surroundings. A good switch with warning light when on is convenient. There is disturbance to radio reception when it is on, not a big issue as I'll only use it when hitching a trailer. Very good value at less than £40. I'd buy again if I needed one for another vehicle.

Fitted to a 2.4m East Neuk Fifer campervan Fiat Ducato (SWB) Was a bit sceptical as so many others are more expensive and NOT as multi-functional e.g. 1.A Wi-Fi type has to be hard-wired and 2. A rechargeable Solar rechargeable has limiting charge/power duration ..... This Tomola system however has lots of options! It is also the No.1 Amazon Seller for a reason. I was going to purchase a WiFi version however this Tomola option means we can use it as a Rear view camera for normal driving AND for reversing. Just plug into the cigar lighter and press the Red Button for an instant ' no screen lag" screen view. Brilliant! Attachment: We were going to place it up high but the Number plate feed route meant no drilling required to attach the camera - it just sits over the number plate - You must NOT obscure this so allow 11mm between the letters (These are DVLA Regs). I did NOT want to drill in our roof and wanted the location to be discreet and neat - I Did NOT want to wire into Reverse light OR number plate light .......... The Fix: However ended up drilling through the number plate perspex light ( a tiny hole), feeding the camera wire through the rear door panel (easily accessible) , alongside the rear light electric system, and then leading to the screen on the dashboard under the campervan seats. The wire comes in 2 sections from the camera and simply plugs into the 23' wire that leads to the monitor and 12v cigarette lighter port. Other options are available should you wish to wire in to reverse lights or number plate lights. The camera sits on the number plate - Adhesive patches are supplied with the kit. NOTE:The camera has an inbuilt Light sensor so when dark 6 LEDS will light up rear surround in the camera - There is an option, however to do a vasectomy on a GREEN wire that will permanently disable this feature. A simple snip! I did NOT do this opting to cover the LED lights 3 on either side of the camera with Black waterproof tape and rely on the campervan reversing light which is more than adequate. Camera / Screen quality: The camera housing is ideally small and the build quality is excellent - It has a small rain shroud x3 LED lights on either side and x1 Day / Night auto sensor. By day the LED lights do not function. The metal mount slips over the rear number plate held by the adhesive patch and friction. The screen quality is clear and at night when reversing we can see clearly without the camera LED lights helped by the rear van reversing lights. You can set up with guidelines being adjusted Vertically or Width and Offset, (as in our case) and of course, the camera angle can also be adjusted up or down as has a hinge. There are options to not use the guidelines, to adjust the brightness, contrast, and tint of the screen image RESET the system. Once configured the way you want it these become superfluous. Took about 2 hours of my faffing - (could now do in about 15 minutes ) , to lead cables and drill small feeder holes within the van, but well worth it for our purpose, this is an excellent system for our specific 'Dual need"s - We can use when driving and reversing - Day or Night. The unit can take a 2nd camera and there is an option to obtain from the seller in the Use guide - so potentially a 2nd camera could be used as a security camera or a front camera. Highly recommend and the User Guide is very explanatory.

Great quality for the price, clear picture, good setup and easy to install with clear instructions to follow inc video to help if needed. I needed a longer cable and made contact with provider, they responded quickly and were very helpful, a great service. A+++++

Easy to set up, tricky part for me was getting the cables from the van door into the body, but once connected, it just works. Enough cable supplied to fit camera to back door of a lwb Transit van. Decent picture quality, decent monitor.

Flexible installation. Hard wire or temporary so can be easily removed. Video quality good. One thing to note though. It shows the camera being attached above the number plate. I did this and had to have it removed to pass the MOT. Also had complaint that white LEDs showing even when not reversing. However this is because not hard wired and just switched on so active regardless of reversing or not. MOT Service guys didn't like that. Looking to place camera elsewhere now and hide the LED lights.

1A Rückfahrkamera. Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung! Super Bild, auch nachts. Bildschirmgröße reicht völlig. Dazu super leicht zu installieren / zu verkabeln. Ich nutze die Kamera innen an der Heckscheibe, funkt. tadellos. Habe sie auch nicht an die Rücklichtern angeschlossen, sondern direkt an den Zigarettenanzünder. Um die Kamera ein u. auszuschalten, einfach den Schalter am Zigarettenanzünder drücken, fertig. Klares Bild und die Führungslinien lassen sich prima anpassen. Man kann sie aber auch ganz ausschalten. Der Weitwinkel ist super praktisch, um aus engen Parklücken rückwärts rauszufahren, da er deutlich mehr erfasst, als der Rückspiegel. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden, für das kleine Geld. Und die Kabel lassen sich super unter den Leisten verstecken

Bon compromis de taille d'écran facilitant l'intégration dans un véhicule ancien non pourvu d'un emplacement pour un appareil supplémentaire. La longueur du câble de liaison caméra-écran est largement suffisante pour pouvoir faire cheminer le fil de liaison sous les garnitures du véhicule. Plusieurs possibilités de connexions sont prévues pour l'alimentation, soit par le feu arrière, avec une mise en marche automatique quand on passe la marche arrière, soit sur une arrivée batterie sous le tableau de bord, soit par l'allume-cigare normalisé, avec un interrupteur marche-arrêt à poussoir et voyant lumineux, très astucieux et pratique. La répartition des sections de câbles d'alimentation permet une intégration facile dans la voiture. J'ai fixé la caméra sous le pare-choc, sans découpage, avec une seule vis et en inversant le support de fixation. La qualité de l'image est excellente. Pour répondre aux différentes situations on peut inverser l'image, haut/bas, gauche/droite) en sectionnant deux petits fils, comme indiqué dans la notice. Cette opération est réversible en reconnectant les fils et en les protégeant par un isolant. Un système bien pensé et d'un bon rapport qualité/prix.
