Never underestimate the magic of a quality pair of speakers like these ones. My old Logitech speakers are now 12 years old. I've been gaming on them for years and were all I could afford 12 years ago. Enter these Kanto YU2 speakers. I bought the white version to match my PC. They're not the brightest white that you'll ever see but I think I'd be very picky if I were to knock a star off for this reason when its an audio product. There are other colours available on Kanto's website that are not sold on this Amazon page but you would be paying in USD. Setup was very easy - in fact I'd say that clearing my desk was the hard part. I had never ever used speaker wire before until now. Just loosen the + and - terminals at the back and thread the wire through accordingly. The speaker wires are tinted slightly more red and black to help you decide which terminal to put them in to. Tighten the terminals, plug in the other cabled and you're away! In terms of sound quality, I noticed an immediate improvement on what I had before. The bass and the rest of the sound quality is fantastic for such a small size. I now want to add a subwoofer in the future but I'm very, very happy with these in the meantime.

I am not an audiophile, but the sound is good. It goes pretty loud, but hopefully nobody has to use it that loud. The only nitpick is the blue power light which is quite bright and stands out in a dimmed out desk setup in the evening. It could have been dimmer, though you can always stick something on it to reduce its intensity. Happy with the speakers, using them for more than a year (at the time of writing this review).

Je pensais vraiment qu'elles allaient faire la différence face à mes Mackie CR2-X cube, mais finalement, non! La scène sonore est moins ouverte , moins large, la séparations et la superposition des instruments est plus brouillonne. Les aigus sont plus brillants, parfois fatiguant et la reproduction des basses est véritablement leurs point faible. Maintenant, ce ne sont pas de mauvaise enceintes, la construction est solide et respire la qualité. Elle sont compactes, très jolies et offrent un son tout a fait honorable pour leurs tailles. Mais en comparaison de mes petites Mackie CR2-X, toute la famille est unanime, au niveau de la qualité sonore elles ne font pas le poids!
