How big are the individual pills?

The pills are quite small. What I found with Avmacol is that the size of the pill was not the problem, it was the grit. Of course you will take these with a meal hopefully at a point when there is plenty of saliva built up to get it down. This product also does not have mustard seed or bioperine necessary for absorption. It is for these reasons I switched to a brand that was a veggie cap and had mustard seed and bioperine.

How much Myrosinase is included? I've been taking a lot of antibiotics so I'm concerned that the glucoraphanin won't be converted into sulforaphane.

It doesn't say how much, but is a blend of both, 490 mg.

No gluten or any of it's trick substitute names in this product.

How many mg of Sulfoaphane and how many mg of myrosinase enzyme in your "blend"? I dont see a breakdown

It states (glucoraphanin) & Myrosinase blend of 475 mg. Serving size is 2 tablets. Also has 25mg of vitamin c from ascorbic acid. The ERS92 contains more than 30mg of glucoraphanin. Sorry that's the best I can do. It's right off the bottle. Hope that helps.
