Not good, I would not recommend.
Purchased this at the end of December and this week, the beginning of February, it completed stopped working. It only worked very intermittently to start with, even though fully charged. I’ve had previous Philips electric toothbrushes and they have lasted several years. This one is much smaller and less robust and hasn’t lasted two minutes! I’m in the process of trying to either get it replaced or to get a refund from Philips (not the most straightforward process!). I wouldn’t recommend buying this model at all. I’ve been trying since the 7th of February to get a replacement from Philips and although I’ve a case number I’m still waiting for a replacement. Philips Customer Services are appalling, I’m pushed from pillar to post. I’m glad I didn’t buy a more expensive toothbrush from them as I get the nasty feeling that they’re just going to ignore me, not replace the toothbrush, nor give me my money back! Producing a product which only lasts weeks is NOT ecologically good practice and isn’t kind to the planet.

Battery lasts a day
I've had this toothbrush for 5 months and the battery performance has reduced rapidly to a point where it now lasts no longer than a day (AM and PM brushing). Waste of money.

Broke after 10 months
Bought this toothbrush in January as had previously always had a food experience with sonicare. Less than a year later the battery has completely died. I need to put the toothbrush on charge after every use otherwise it wont work and will flash the ‘no battery’ light. Absolutely useless unless you’ve always got the charger with you.

Too harsh yet too sensitive
Small handle, slips easily when wet and Really aggressive on the gums with just one optional setting, and when you apply any pressure to the back teeth the warning setting kicks in and the power is significantly reduced. It’s a very frustrating way to brush your teeth! Definitely wouldn’t recommend!!

Poor battery
The toothbrush is working well but I have to charge my toothbrush 3-4 times a week, so not ideal. Don't buy this toothbrush, you can find much better

Stopped charging
I bought this 13 months ago. The on/off switch is faulty and it no longer charges! What a waste of money!!

Doesn't hold charge
Doesn't hold charge! Had it for a month and having to charge it after every couple of uses. Very annoying, not worth the hassle.

Poor cleaning
The amount of power this has you might as well use a manual toothbrush. The head is so small this should be sold as I childs electric toothbrush brush not an adults.

Una tecnología increíble. La limpieza es profunda pero al mismo tiempo es muy delicada con las encías. Fantástico. Relación calidad/precio insuperable.

Works great for our visit to family in Australia as we have a similar upgraded Philips Sonicare model at home in Canada. It will stay with our grandkids in Australia when we go home.
