These fans are pretty awesome.I have the Lian Li 24-pin Strimer Plus, and the 3 x 8-pin GPU Strimer. I was using Antec fans, which are also great fans, but I fell in love with the Uni fans because of the way they daisy chain, and how they look.I purchased a set of 5 120mm and a set of 3 140mm fans, using the 140s for front intake, and the 120s for my 360mm AIO and one as a rear exhaust.Hookup is simple. You slide the fans together to connect them, and then add a single device to the last fan to connect them to the controller. Each controller will control four groups of four fans for a total of 16 fans. The controllers will control both the aRGB and will also act as a hub for the PWM signals, so you can plug your fans into the controller and then either control them through the L-Connect 3 software or use the motherboard for control by plugging in the passthrough from the motherboard to the fan/rgb controller.Personally, I have lots of PWM fan headers on my motherboard, so I have the three front intake connected to my Chassis Fan header at the front of my board, and the one rear exhaust connected in the same way to the rear of my motherboard. The three on my AIO cooler are connected to my CPU Fan header through a hub in my case. So, my motherboard is controlling the RPM of the fans while the Lian Li RGB controller is controlling the RGB.The controller also has an input for motherboard aRGB signals, so everything can be controlled from the motherboard if you prefer.Note, the controllers must be plugged into a USB 2 header on your motherboard. You can control up to 16 fans from one USB header. If you also want the strimers, you will need an additional USB header, or you will need the EVGA Internal USB Hub (a USB splitter will not work).Finally, I have to mention this. The screws are fine. They are exactly the same type of screw every other computer fan in the history of computers uses, and because the holes in the fans are actually rubber, you tighten them until they are snug. If you over-tighten them, then they will just continue to spin. Exactly as anyone with experience would expect them to work. If the holes were plastic, then you could really tighten the screws, but why take a chance on stripping the newly made threads in the fan by over-tightening them? In any case, because of the rubber in these fans, it's not an issue.I Really love the look of these fans, and I love the way they eliminate most of the PWM/aRGB wiring. They also perform as well as any other fan I have owned. The only complaint I have is that they could have made the cables longer. As it is, I had to use two extensions for the PWM signals.I HIGHLY recommend these fans for any computer enthusiast.

Estoy muy satisfecho con estos ventiladores. Le presentan a mi ensamble ese plus que solo Lian li le podia dar.Anteriormente tenia unos Cooler Master Halo M120, también muy buenos pero no se comparan con estos. Quería darle a mi ensamble ventiladores de tope de gama y así fue. Estoy muy satisfecho.El ruido que hacen es tolerable si lo pones en Máximo, en alto, medio o bajo el ruido no se nota. El flujo de aire es impresionante para ser ventiladores tan silenciosos.El software te permite personalizar de manera impresionante tu iluminación así como la velocidad de tus ventiladores. Ampliamente recomendables.

The fan kit comes with 4 screws per fan. However, the fans have rubber sleeves for screws holes which don’t have threads in them. The screws barely hold onto the rubber. I can pull them out by hand.Lian Li needed to either make the fan holes have threads if they want to supply screws, or include the rubber mounting posts in the kit. It’s ridiculous that I have to buy rubber mounting posts for a $200 fan kit.
