Thats a lot of zinc. Take with food or it could really upset your stomach. I like the product, but I have to be careful with it.

Without doing a chemical assay of the product, I received what was described on Amazon. Zinc Gluconate has less cadmium than other forms of zinc - there are six types. Cadmium is a toxic heavy metal that is associated with zinc. I found great reports on the NIH and CDC website that compared the types of Zinc in terms of cadmium content. Always go with Zinc Gluconate according to the experts.

Hair and nails are much stronger!
Seems to be working very well. Have loved the results. My hair and nails are much thicker and a lot more resistant. Would highly recommend for those with zinc deficiencies.

Take with food.
Very bitter taste. I had to take it after a full meal otherwise it made me somewhat nauseas.
