Can this work aswell with L3++??

It will work with any antminer, and L3+ as well

Is there another 12V connection for a different fan since adding this take away my original? 12V connector.

Any idea if this will spoof a model t129215sh fan. 12v 0.3a with ~2000 - 3200 rpm?

It works on all of the miners I have and have had only suggest you use one if your cooling with external air flow the machines tend to get hot when your using them with the factory setup and configuration and taking fans off or slowing airspeed will severely reduce the lifespan of the machine but great if your doing submerged mining rig would recommend for sure
