Does it work on old sap? I'm pretty bad at washing the roof of my car.

It can clean to a certain degree when u use a couple of times, but u may want something stronger for old sap.

Will it remove artillery spores (the little black dots) that form from mulch, particularly on white cars?

It removes caked on bugs from the heat in Arizona so I would think it should work. The price is reasonable enough to give it a try. That said, I have never heard of artillery spores and am confused as to how mulch gets on a car! Normally, it goes into a garden. Are you growing a garden in the car?
