Why does shipping double with each item ordered? Example: 2 Surgilubes for $27 is showing $21 in shipping.

There doesn't seem to be anything set up to allow for combined shipping when buying through Amazon if the seller doesn't offer Prime.

please tell me the expiration date ? one buyer said his 3g packs dried out after several months. thank you

The expiration date is marked on the packets and is usually about a year from purchase. I've used them 6 months after the expiration date and have never had any dry out. Where is he storing them, in a car's glove box? I have seen off-brand packets dried-out when they were new! The Surgilube packets are heavy foil and hold up well compared to the cheaper off-brands.

Is this product and its packaging latex free?

It does not say if it is latex free, anywhere on the packaging. The actual foil packs seem to be just foil. But then the inside could be coated with something. :)

do you use it with a pessary?

I guess you could. It is water soluble and says that it will not affect rubber or plastics. I use mine for insertion of a drainage tube.
