Compatible Reverse Osmosis Membrane Filter that will fit in the Rainsoft RO System # 21176 Reverse Osmosis System

Good and well built. Material seemed to match my Rainsoft ro. However the filter did not fit. It didn't fit due to a yellow nib at the bottom of the original rainsoft membrane. This missing piece did not allow the unit to house snug, causing water to pass around the filter

It was a drop-in replacement for the original membrane. The only issue after changing it at the same time as the filters was the amount of air in the system took some time to purge. I had to utilise bypass mode several times over the first month to purge the air.

I think it’ll work, it didn’t fit exactly right. That being said, Rainsoft gouges their customers for these and wanted $150. That and their archaic process of picking up a phone to a dealer will make me order this next time.

Have ordered previously and ordered again. Customer service is great. Received product sooner than expected. Comparable to RS product but prices much better!

Works fine and installs easy much more economical then buying from Rainsoft. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a filter.
