Zoup! Beef Bone Broth Culinary Concentrate, 1-Pack, 7 Oz

We love this stuff. No more buying broth in cans or boxes. We have beef and chicken in our fridge at all times. I love the chicken as a hot drink and my neighbor loves the beef! It might seem pricey for a small jar but it makes a ton of bone broth and is a healthy product!

Very tasty, nice to sip on for a quick snack. A bit pricey for 7 oz even if it is concentrated.

This was my first time trying a bone broth base like this, and at first I wasn't sure how I felt about it. On its own, it tasted like straight beef stock, no garlic, no onion, and lower sodium than I expected. This was a surprise to me after years of using Better Than Bullion. It gives you a blank canvas to build your own flavor depending on what you're cooking or craving that day. Once I started adding my own spices, I realized how flexible it is. I've been drinking it regularly for my OMAD routine and it's been great, satisfying, easy to digest, and way better for me (and my wallet) than relying on packaged soups. A little goes a long way, too, so I feel like I'll get plenty of mileage out of one jar. Definitely planning to pick up more when I run out.

This is a tasty Beef Bone Broth concentrate, but it's much saltier than I was expecting. I will adjust how I use it from now on. The recipe called for salt, and I had already added it to the soup. Next time I'll omit the salt and just use Zoup! for the flavor enhancement. It's so convenient to just scoop out a teaspoon or so and blend it into your soup. I also plan to use it for a flavorful broth.

Amazing, I never buy the already made ones anymore, I just blend a bit of this with water and I have that good bone broth. Yummy. I highly recommend this product for sure!

Great depth of flavor, but salty!

Fantastic flavor boost to ramen soups. I use mine in a the Shin Black variety along with egg yolk. Adds a depth of flavor and brings out a more complex spice profile. Perfect for comfort quality is excellent as far as value it’s in the category of a true bone broth so the flavor is more complex than a simple sodium blast from bullion.

i love zoup broth bases! these are made without any garbage or fillers. i'm a type 1 diabetic and this is the only broth base i've found that doesn't spike my bloodsugar. good value and one of these containers usually lasts a few months. the taste & smell are fantastic.
