This is the first mechanical keyboard that I’ve owned since the ‘90s and the nostalgia is real. The sensation and sound of clicking the keys makes typing enjoyable, and the lighting options are a fun bonus. I use this keyboard with windows and apple computer and its switches between the two flawlessly. The wired and wireless features also work perfectly, although I usually choose to go wired, to avoid any possible latency issues. I was hoping this keyboard would be a little more compact, but it still travels extremely well and overall feels very high quality. After owning this, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase any other items from Keychron - they’re keyboards are awesome!

This is my second mechanical keyboard, also with blue switches. My old one was a classical one, and while I loved it, having come from laptop keyboards made the tall size and long travel of the keys feel weird, and I never got fully used to it. So I went searching for a low-profile mechanical keyboard, and found this. It blows my old one away, while also being $40 cheaper. The low-profile design is perfect, and even the click of the switches feels somehow better, even though they are both blue (though the old one has Cherry MX ones). The only con compared to the old one is that it doesn't have a dongle. The bluetooth works fine (though it is the responsible thing to point out that some people are having trouble with their bluetooth connection on this keyboard), but I would have preferred a wireless dongle. People have also complained about the battery life, and it's once again the responsible thing to point that out, but to me that is not a problem, since you can still use the keyboard while charging. I already had a USB C cable clipped next to my monitor stand, so when I want to charge the keyboard I can just pull the cable to the front and plug in. Also, the rubbery feeling of the keys definitely isn't for everyone. I absolutely love it, but you might not. So all in all, this keyboard has potential issues, and you should consider whether they are issues for you before buying. They're not for me, and it's easily the most comfortable keyboard I've ever typed on, so it's getting five stars.

This is the first mechanical keyboard I've had in 20 years, so my opinion may be somewhat over-enthusiastic in the context of mechanical keyboards; simply put, it's about a 1000% improvement on the Apple keyboards I've been using since that last mechanical from 2 decades ago. I got the "noisy one" (blue switch) but I love it. The feel is excellent ("like butter"). As another reviewer said, the low profile of this model is perfect for transitioning back to mechanical, as it doesn't raise the finger position too dramatically. Fantastic build quality so far. Can't say much yet about long-term battery life, but the bluetooth performs flawlessly so far. Really like the adjustable backlighting, etc. Some having to readjust for finger/key positions (after using the standard Apple layout for so long), but that will be a brief period of acclimating. Also, this was an Amazon refurbished model, but it came in essentially brand-new condition in the box, so I can recommend that option (with attendant savings).
