Top Chi Chrome Baoding Balls with Bamboo Stand. Chiming Chinese Health Balls for Hand Therapy, Exercise, and Stress Relief (Medium 1.5 Inch)

Love these. Perfect for most hands, excellent chime and weight.

These baoding balls are really nice. They feel smooth and cool in the hand. They are great for meditating and for hand exercise.

Overall the balls are smooth and good quality. There really isn’t anything negative to write about this product outside of the fact that it doesn’t have a bag or container to store them. The wood platform that the balls rest on are good but can be knocked over. I would prefer the storage bag/box and that’s the only reason it doesn’t get a full 5 star rating but other than that great product.

These baoding balls are what I expected, including the pleasant chiming that I like. It turned out that the 2 inch ones are too big for my hands. I'm using smaller ones now; as my hands develop strength, chances are I'll be able to move up to these. Their bamboo pedestal is interesting. The balls seat into circles in the bamboo. This is fine - unless you have cats. Would buy again (if my hands got stronger). Would recommend.

I am getting therapy for a broken wrist and remembered I had a set of Baoding balls from long ago when someone who traveled to China brought them back as a gift. However, they were much too large for my hands. When I found these online, I wanted to try them to regain hand strength and dexterity. I’ve only had them a few days but I am very happy with them. They are the perfect size, and I like that they chime when moved. It is a beautiful sound.
