Only had Dove paint, not Portland stone. Dove is beige

Hi , I’m looking for a light grey whey colour would you recommend I go for ?

Goose down is a good light grey colour.

if I want to paint the kitchen furniture, do I have to use abrasive tape first?

There is no need to abrade surfaces prior to painting, just ensure they are sound, clean and dry.
