The best olive oil for condiment I have found. Not buttery, yet delicious olive flavor with a mild walnut finish. Smooth with no bitterness or harshness found in other oils. Perfectly pairs with a decent balsamic vinegar.

I ordered this because it is one of my favorite olive oils.I was pleased when I found that it was from last falls harvest. that is difficult to find in local stores.Usually over a year old.
