Q: Maybe I missed it but couldn't find... What are the sizes [by blade length]?

Slot blade 6", 4", nearly 3". Phillips blade 4", 3".

Q: Is the size or at least slotted/phillips marked on the top of the handle?

I have had mine for a while, but the #2 Phillips is marked on the opposite side of the handle from the logo. The slot blades are marked also but marking is SDR24 or SDR26, the 26 being the bigger don't know how it relates to the size. 24 looks to be about 5/16ths.

Q: Does williams / snap-on honor the warranty if purchased directly from amazon (amazon is the seller) ?

The Snap-on truck will not. Williams will if you contact them and do the shipping. As for the shaft and handle. They are IDENTICAL to the original snap on screwdrivers from a few years back. In fact the shaft can easily be swapped into a Snap-on handle. I’m sure if presented to the Truck it would be warrantied. Just sayin’.
