It works well for round the house use, the adjustable flame means it can be used is different situations such as small flame for lighting candles, or the large flame for use in cooking. The gas can run out quite quickly but overall a decent purchase

The torch can be very powerful and you might need a few attempts to get used to it. But if you plan to do many crème brûlée at the same time , like in a large event, the flame starts to fade and be less powerful after about 30 sec maybe, maybe 50 secs of constant use .

Ok for the price but flame control dosnt work

Initially, I was a bit skeptical about making this purchase, given the really cheap price, but having seen plenty of damning reviews about much more expensive brands, I thought it was worth the risk.I’m so glad I gave this product the benefit of the doubt, because it’s brilliant! The item looks great, & the build quality seems excellent, & it really feels like a much more expensive tool than it is, I’m really impressed!The torch feels sturdy & comfortable to hold, & was very easy to fill with butane (not included) it was no more difficult than refilling a reusable lighter. I haven’t had enough use out of it yet to determine how long it will run before it needs refilling, but butane is so cheap, that I have no concerns.The ignition worked first time, & operation of the tool was an absolute breeze, I’m really looking forward to creating everything from creme brûlée, to my own jewellery, & this torch will be invaluable addition to my growing selection of household & craft tools.Even if it only lasts me a year, it would still be amazing value, but from what I’ve seen of it already, I’ve no reason to believe it won’t last me much, much longer than that!
