Well built, but the handle is too wide for certain skills
The mace is well built and properly weighed. The handle portion is overly thick, most likely to balance the weight of the head appropriately. This isn’t an issue if the mace is used with a two handed grip, but can be challenging for people with smaller hands if the mace is used one handed. The overall quality and coating is good and has held up so far.

It was too big for me and heavy and I believe it’s best for men due to their natural upper body strength. For women they must go as light as possible not to get injured and have more control.

Lo uso para fortalecer hombros y manguito rotador, además e trabajo como si fuera hacha o espada para Buhurt. Lo único que puedo pedir es que tengan versiones más pesadas. Por lo demás, es perfecta.

✅ Barra de macelbell de buena calidad y con un buen formato para entrenar. ✅ Compre la de 4 kg y tengo que decir que es un peso aconsejable para cualquier persona que esté mínimamente en un estado deportivo y de salud correcto. ✅ Me llega por la cintura y mido 1,86, lo cual la hace correcta para su entrenamiento. Los últimos 20cm y en la mitad de la barra, esta estriada para tener un mejor agarre, es decir, que se tomaron las molestias de hacer material de entrenamiento con una buena terminación. ✅ Vino embalado el paquete perfectamente para no ser dañado. Recomiendo su uso por su calidad y precio, y por la puesta en forma que dará a quien la use. 😃 si te fue útil esta reseña me alegrará infinito .
