Difficult to move body parts-too loose

Poor Quality, Poor Service
Rivets were so loose the doll did not hold any shape....sent it back requesting refund. It was sent back to me with a note. "just take a hammer and pound the rivets tighter".....for the price and quality of this object I should not have to "hammer the rivets".I have sense sent it back....do not want it....have asked for a refund...again...we will see.
