Does the trick to get things moving
Really does the trick! This is a great help when medication causes constipation issues and this gets things moving quickly. The ingredients are simple and they work well with a stool softener since the Senna is what actually gets the muscles working down there. I take 1-2 every 4-7 days as needed since it's not advised to take them daily long term. They work the same every time. Great purchase.

Great Natural Product providing gentle relief for constipation.
This really a great product, (Major Senna 8.6 mg Natural Vegetable laxative Tablets), and very inexpensive. I was originally informed of this product by my pharmacist. I used to have very difficult issues with irregular and strained bowel movements probably due to my diet not having enough vegetables or whatever but since I have been using this product, (for over a year now), I have not had any issues. I am currently male close to 80 years old. I highly recommend the product as a gentle remedy to constipation.

Work well, no side effects
Bought these for a multivitamin and they keep my hair and nails in check plus iron makes me nauseous and these do not. Also I'm not pregnant but I do take these as a mateinence
