do they break easily?

Yes, they break very easily. I had mine for just a few minutes and broke two of them. One of them fell on the floor from the kitchen counter, and the other one broke when it snapped together with another magnet. Trying to get the super-sharp shards of magnet off the other magnet was very tricky. I had to use a knife to scrape the pieces off the unbroken magnet, then scrape the jagged bits off the knife with a piece of wood and into the trash. Now I'm more careful with them.

How many regular size papers can it hold on a magnetic dry erased glass board?

The magnetism drops off in an inverse squared progression. Thus doubling the distance they are apart results in the pull dropping to 1/4 of the hat it was previously (1/2^2). To answer your question we would need to know the distance between the magnet and the metal. The width of both the paper and the glass will significantly reduce the attraction.

Are they strong enough to use in a leather money clip for holding cash? leather will be 1/4" thick between magnets

Absolutely, they're strong enough for your needs, but these magnets are actually too strong. You need to be very careful when using them to keep from pinching your fingers. They also shatter very easily, and the pieces have very sharp edges.

I don't know for sure but probably with the correct drill. You would have a little trouble cleaning the particles off the drill I think
