It took about an hour to assemble this light to hang but wasn't difficult. Heads up you need a battery for the wall mounted remote as it doesn't come with one - this is required in order for it to work. It's a beautiful fan that we get lots of compliments on!

Support so far is zero.
We had installed in our new bedroom in the country Assembly and Install was easy The motor is humming and clicking on speeds of 5 & 6. Not seeing any warranty as of today and we purchased in January. Not happy.

Beautiful, but very frustrating to operate, and install. I wish it wasnโt remotely controlled.
Itโs a beautiful fan, very difficult to assemble and install, I am a very hands-on and mechanically inclined person, and this was an all day job. If youโre not good at this kind of stuff have a professionally installed. Itโs beautiful I love it, when it works properly. The remote control is very inconsistent and only works about 6 inches away from the fan. Very frustrating to change speeds, turn on the light, And reverse directions is almost impossible, takes about a half an hour. Change the batteries in the remote, and that didnโt help. I donโt know that I would buy the same thing again. But I like it now that itโs up. And when it works.

Disappointed
The fan is beautiful but it does not have a hand held remote. There is a big switch box that is battery operated and wired. Unless you want to install it in the wall you need to carry about this big switch box that is ridiculous. I would have preferred the fan to have 3 speeds and include a hand held remote. Disappointed.

Absolutely Perfect except for install
The media could not be loaded. If it wasnโt for the 500 million pieces this fan would be a dream. Once the 4 1/2 hr assembly and installation were complete it has been a JOY. VERY VERY QUIET! A tiny wobble on the 2 highest speeds, but not bad considering it is on a 3ft drop rod. We added the light kit w/ a dimmer and it is perfect. You wonโt be disappointed once you get through the assembly and installation. It is VERY heavy so have extra hands on deck.

Replica of a 15 blade windmill with contemporary fashion. Looks great in our country home. We love it and get lots of compliments on it.
