I have bought this product from the Lipozene web site and it did work; am hoping this is the same product Amazon has on their website?

Read the content; konjac root; you can get generic 80% less at amazon. it is simply fiber; if you don't have enough fiber and your body processes this type of fiber it will help; i lost 25#, my brother 50#. need to keep taking forever it's a dietary supplement. I only need about 2-3 per day to maintain 160# down from 185#.

Does it give u energy

No, it did not give me any energy. It did absolutely make me fuller longer with less food. It doesn't have any stimulants in it. It mostly seems like when taken qith a full glass of water you are less hungry, eat less and stay full longer.

What is the ingredients in Lipozene

I can let u know when I get home but I do know that the main thing is fiber..keeps u really full and go to the bathroom if you eat something fattening. . IT DOES WORK. But mainly targets belly fat. I'm sure it would worked better if I worked out. It makes your bowels a greenish blue the first few days but OK after.
