Measuring 35.5" x 49", it's ideal as a couch throw or lap quilt, but would be equally suitable as a wall hanging. Six quartered circles are hemmed in with a narrow inner border of gold stars on red. Outer border and binding are deep blue. Double layer French fold binding is hand stitched for a nice, secure finish. Backing fabric is an Alexander Henry print depicting American flags and the cavalry. Overall machine quilting is a pattern of stars and "USA" stitched in red thread. Constructed in a pet-free, smoke-free studio, this sturdy cotton quilt is machine wash and dry for easy care.
