Je pratique depuis plus de 2 ans désormais et ce banc m'a permis d'obtenir des résultats extrêmement satisfaisants.Depuis que j'utilise ce banc ma voix est 2 octaves plus grave, j'ai pris 25cm de tour de bras et les femmes me supplient de passer mes nuits avec elles.

Die Hantelbank begleitet mich jetzt seit bald einem Jahr. Ich nutze diese 5-6 mal die Woche für verschiedenste Übungen.Gebrauchsspuren am Gestell und Kunstleder so gut wie keine vorhanden. Dennoch sollte man beachten, dass ich immer ein Handtuch unterlege. Denn durch die Reibung, die Krafteinwirkung und Schweiß wird definitiv früher oder später das Kunstleder kaputt gehen.Stabilität ist top. Es hat einen festen Stand und hat bei noch keiner Übung gewackelt. Die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten sind simpel, aber decken alles ab, was man benötigt, und bleiben dabei stabil.Nur das Gimmick, die Hantelbank zusammen zu klappen, um sie verstauen zu können, halte ich für unnötig/zu umständlich, weil man sie nicht einrasten kann. So könnte sie jederzeit aufklappen oder umkippen, wenn man sie nicht sorgfältig verstaut.Ich persönlich habe den Platz und lasse sie deshalb immer stehen. So spare ich mir das auf und abbauen.Alles in allem ist diese Hantelbank für den Preis sehr zu empfehlen.

Exactly how I expected. Sturdy and easy to use.

Purchased at $150Was looking for a foldable weight bench as don’t have space for a dedicated gym room and need to fold it away after every workout.I chose this one as I’m 195cm and liked the bench height and backrest being higher than similar models.It set up very easily in 10mins from opening the box to breaking down the cardboard. The quality is very good imho. It feels rock solid and folds very easily. As with such things it might take a wiggle or two to put the locking pins through, but that’s it.I weigh 110kg and so far the maximum I have lifted on it was 45kg but it was still rock solid and stable.I’ve used it at most of the angles for curls, presses, rows and crunches and not had any issues as a taller person. The ushering is very firm and supportive without feeling like you’re laying on a block of wood.Of course a pro gym bench may be better, but for the price and being foldable I highly recommend it
