This product doesn’t smell the best but the smell dissipates after you rub it into your hair. It makes a big difference. I have thin flat hair mostly. This stuff really fluffed my hair up. 👍🏻

So as a loyal user of the prior "Schwarzkopf" version of this product for decades I was worried after reading some of the reviews of this new iteration. While it is thinner and does not smell as good as the original, it still works great, and still better than anything else I have tried to thicken my hair. The prior version was the grail, but still 5 stars.

Works, but not fast enough.

This product may work but I’ll never know. The container is a thick, heavy plastic so stiff I cannot squeeze it to get the serum out. I have to open the top and pour it out. Dry hard to work with.

I had been using Thicker, Fuller products for YEARS, and I really liked the "original" serum. This volumizer, though, is such a not-great improvement: what had been an almost-gel is now a thin liquid, and despite its thinness, trying to squeeze this bottle to get it out takes someone with strength well beyond mine. If you open it to simply pour it into your hand, word of warning: remember that this is almost water-thin. What an odd, not-good, will-likely-not-buy-again product now. And the "fragrance" is not remotely pleasant.

I love this product and have used it for a few years and recently I could not find it anymore in the usual places that I shop so I ordered it online. Wonderful product and it works great! When you dispense this product, it feels like an oil however it absorbs quickly and completely and is not oily on the hair itself. When the package arrived however the squirt cap was in the open position and the product had leaked both inside the interior plastic bag and outside of the plastic bag and spilled over into the exterior packaging, which was a white and blue bubble wrap type of shipping bag. As expensive as this was, quite a lot of product was wasted due to the leak and it made for a very big mess to get it out of the package. I then had to wash the container with hot soapy water thoroughly after closing the cap. For future reference, the person shipping should rethink the packaging so that this product arrives without spillage.
