Sized right for me
Ingot mold does well. Will need to use graphite powder to prevent smelted materials from sticking

Coating flacked off immediately
Iโm not sure if itโs really cast iron the black coating came off when I pre heated. None of my cast iron pots do this.

Handle broke and melted pre heating it.
Laid it on top of the crucible to preheat it. And for a min or so. I grabbed it with my tongs and the handle was soft and broke off. Good size for small stuff. But itโs broken now ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ

this mold holds right at 1 lb. of copper or brassand being made from cast iron should last a lifetime.great for anyone melting metal,

The people that gave it bad reviews thought this was a crucible. You canโt melt metal in this. Most people understand this.

Super small ingot mold.
Really all this mold is Itty-bitty. Think Halloween Twix candy stacked 2 high.Great quality, nice for excess on my pours, but don't see myself using it as a primary mold due to size. But I like it so I'm keeping it!
