I purchased this insert for a Lifetime Stealth kayak. I purchased a dry bag that had a phone bag so I put the phone bag in the hatch bucket. The bucket has slits in it to allow any water in or out. I would have preferred something that did not have these but will have to say that the bottom of the bucket was dry when I took it out after a ride. I would recommend this for a purchase along with having items in another bag if it needs to be kept dry.

Fits my tamarack kayak. Makes it nice for phone and snacks.

I do like the bucket, but am surprised it isn’t deeper. It could hold a lot more if it was. Good enough for my cell phone, but not much else.

I have 2 of the tamarack angler 100 kayaks.This product is a perfect fit, extremely useful, and intelligently designed.I bought 1 at first to see if it fit, I immediately ordered another 1 for our other kayak.
