Cream 50 ml by Cetraben

Works great for what I need it for. Sigh ok tmi. But I use this if I wipe too much and it gets irritated back there. This is a good moisturizer that doesn’t irritate my skin or clog my pores and give me acne. I doubt that’s what other people will be using it for. But just in case anyone has a similar issue, try it for a week and see how things heal. Ps. I only use it after I shower so it’s completely clean. Edit: 12/13/2025 lol my last review was tmi. But I’ve also had success with what I originally purchased it for, my face. But results showed up last week so I didn’t mention it before because I had to give it some time. Also, the first time I used it on my face, it wasn’t helpful. It was to use with adapalene and retinol/retinal. But my skin barrier was a too sensitive and damaged when I first tried it, that even with this cream, my skin got worse. Barrier was bad and skin was inflamed and dried. Fast forward to now. I let my skin barrier repair. Switched to gentle hydrating face washes that I recently reviewed if you’re interested(not sure if I can mention them in this review), which was the best change in helping repair my barrier. And now when I use retinol/retinal and adapalene, my skin is starting to not only look better, it’s not irritated like it was before because this cream is protecting my skin. So now I’m able to do a review and say, yes this helps with my face and to hydrate against harsh actives. My skin is sensitive and normally combination type, but can easily switch to being dry when using actives. And it’s acne prone. Hope this helps.

I have very dry skin and this makes a whole bunch of difference. It is dewy but not sticky. I even use it on my face and it feels great. Great value for money too. I think it would work on all skin types except very oily skin.

Light not greasy and hydrated

I originally left z as negative review because the pump didn’t work. Figured out if you depress the pump, put your finger over the hole, and let it rise up it auctions the product up and the pump will then work. That said, the product itself is nice, feels good on my dry skin.

Since I started using cetraben for my son, all skin issues stop. It absorbs into his skin nicely. It’s expensive but so worth it. It’s very thick and has a great feel on the skin. Two years now we are still buying more

Excellent product

I love this product. My skin is so much smoother and fewer visible wrinkles. HOwever, I do have a problem with the FIRE HAZARD WARNING: Do not smoke or go near naked flames; clothing or bedding with this product dried on them this product can catch fire easily. Now how did this pass Government regulations??? I am returning this product.

I ordered this moisturiser after seeing it had been recommended by dermatologists. My facial skin is very reactive and I nee to be super careful with what I use on it. I had been using an Avene moisturiser but was finding it to be too light for my skin so not providing enough hydration. It was also quite expensive at around £15. I read that this cream provides excellent hydration and is fragrance free. The price point is also a winner at around £5 for 50ml so 20ml more than previous Avene moisturiser. I love that it is a pump action so it feels very hygienic. The only problem is you can’t see how much product you have left but I imagine it will last me 4-6weeks as I don’t use a huge amount. I ordered the 50ml size so it’s easy to transport when travelling etc. also handy to pop into a handbag for moisturising on the go. I am really enjoying this moisturiser. It feels super hydrating. My skin feels so much more supple and it just looks more glowy! I have tried applying a thick layer and using it as a mask and wiping off the excess. My skin has not reacted at all so for that I am very grateful! I will be sticking to this in future.

So far, the best cream I found that calms my eyelid dermatitis at a very affordable cost.
