does anyone really buy a vitimin without seeing the full breakdown of indredients and amounts???

Darn good question! I first bought the vitamin at Walgreens, then I bought the same vitamin from Amazon. When they arrived, I really took my magnifying glass out, and checked the box, then I took the magnifying glass to the bottle, cap, and whether it was sealed properly or not. I checked out all the ingredients, etc. from the Amazon bottle with the bottle from Walgreens. Both bottles were the same as far as ingredients listed on the bottle, and how it was sealed, plus the date of expiration. I also have a friend with a special lab that checked the fluid inside the softgels, and both Amazon & Walgreens softgels had exactly the same ingredients, and amounts of ingredients. I do hope this has answered your question.

just got in today and they are not but dark almost black? Why?

I just opened a new bottle and the color is now the dark red, tried calling Nature Made but closed for weekend. Has anyone already called about the color change?10/7/2015 Update: Called NatureMade today, they updated formula and removed beta carotene to remove synthetic dyes. They will be updating label so it matches the product.

How big are these pills?

Tough to measure! About 5/8"x1/4". They are not as big as many vitamins on he market, definitely smaller than multivitamins or fish oil pills. I have no trouble swallowing these, if you have swallowing issues.

Why are they black now? They look spoiled.

I called the company. That's the new color but they have not used up all the old labels yet. The new labels will soon show the new color, which is black.

I feel the difference

I was thrilled to find a B vitamin complex from a reliable company that didn't have mega doses of the B vitamins. These are easy to swallow with no side effects. The price is reasonable. At first I didn't know if I was going to stay with them because I felt pretty juiced every morning after taking. That may be from not having had adequate B intake for a while, I don't know. Anyway, I adjusted and I do feel that I have positive sustained change to mood and energy.

Small size gelcap = easy to swallow!

Easy to swallow because they’re small gelcaps, these are my go to b-complex. I honestly think they’re overpriced, but when I see the BOGO sales (usually elsewhere), I load up on them. B vitamins are one of the more proven supplements in comparison with a lot of what people are taking these days.
