How many screws + cage nuts come with the rack? Are they good quality?

Not normal rack screws, but for that rack they work fine. Quality seems good. Come with rack mounted nuts. Plenty of screws to install equipment. Had leftover screws.

Prior answers say both 15u & 22u racks are 36"h excluding casters/feet. not possible. how tall is 22u rack excluding feet or casters?

The height without the casters is 30 1/4 inches .

I just bought this, and the pdu did not come with a mount. Is that how this is?

PDU mounting ears aren't attached - look for the two small L-shaped brackets and screws in the packaging.

Is the protrusion of the bolt head included in the product width?

On the long edge I just measured 19 11/16" between outer frame edges and 20 1/16" to the outside of the bolt heads, so add 3/8" for the bolt heads.
