Right into the garbage. No product support
Arrived with the cap loose and leaking. Used the product support link and nothing happened. No refund, no replacement. Do yourself a favor and do not order this online from this listing. At least if it's in a store you can make sure it's proper. This was a huge bottle bought for a family visit. The entire bottle went into the garbage can. Awesome bitters though for an old fashioned.
