I have a 4k watt amp , 8 farad capcitor , soundstream epicenter , will this product be able to replace my epicenter or just enhance my sound further?

It will work as both equalizer and epicenter. Having both epicenter and equalizer enhance your sound quality to the maximum standard as long as you have good quality speakers. Am using both epicenter and equalizer and my sound quality is booming.

Can I use this from phone or mp3 music player to my marine amp/Sub and 4 powered 2-way speakers? Or just to amp?

You don't need to spend big bucks on an EQ this is all you need, you can waste your money on more expensive EQ's if you want it for show, if you want to adjust for music look no further, this is my 7th boss EQ I use on my car or friends car.

Easy to install got rid of the stock stereo settings and balanced my subwoofer out, it pounds much better. Happy with the product. *update* Bought a second one of these for my new sub and amp now I can individually tune each sub to what I want. This is great value and simple To set up. This is for 12v systems but will Work on home stereo with the right plugins.
